Totally awesome. He told me that I might want to tighten the bolt under the handle and how to do it to see if that would fix my issue. The next day after moving a stackable washer/dryer to reach the valve, the tightening of the bolt did not work but I could see where the valve was leaking and snapped a photo via cell and emailed via the cell phone to Jim. This was labor day, the next morning Jim called me to set an appointment to come to my home to replace the valve for 5:00 due to previous job before me. At the time of the appointment I got a call from Jim that he was going to be 30 minutes late and would that be okay, or he would come out the very next day. I opted for the late appointment. He came, was very clean and replaced the value in 30 minutes.  Gave me the 10% off for Angie's list member. Very professional. Would use his service again."
