"I really appreciate the honesty of this company.  I was having problems with a sliding closet door.  I thought I may need to have the rollers and/or track replaced.  When the serviceman came out he was able to get the door back on the track (which I tried to do but didn't succeed).  He didn't try to sell me additional unnecessary repairs and I felt the $50 charge for coming out and resolving the issue was well worth the money for me.  Thank you Valley Wide Sliding Door Repair!

"It went wonderful. Ryan and his crew installed a neighbors house at the end of spring, which I asked for their contact information. I did my due diligence and met with installers network, Pella and Anderson, two main contractors in the phoenix area. Ryan was straight forward and upfront about all costs and expectations. He offered the same products as both Pella and Anderson at a better price point. Once ordered, Ryan was able to give me a pretty accurate date for the arrival of the windows and when installation could be installed. As the date got closer he knew pretty much which week windows would be delivered. Due to his accurate timing, my family and I were able to plan a little staycation in the Phoenix area while him and his crew worked to install our windows over 5 days, including stucco repair. I stopped in to check up and was happy to see how fast and efficient they were removing and installing our windows. They took great care in not damaging our new hard wood floors as they worked inside and out. Ryan was very informative and easy to communicate with issues or concerns I had during this entire process. After a great staycation, we came home to beautiful new windows and two gorgeous sliding glass doors. You could instantly tell how much better these windows were right as we walked in our entrance. Areas that were beaten by the sun were still light and bright but felt almost 10 degrees cooler. Looking around the outside you couldn’t even tell the windows had been replaced besides how clean and new they looked. Stucco had been done perfectly and paint matched up with the rest of the house. Certainly one happy camper here, and would suggest him and his team to anyone else looking for an upgrade in their windows."

"My garage door broke the other day. It was part old age and part self-inflicted. My efforts to try to fix it only made it worse, leaving my garage totally unusable with both cars stuck outside. I called first thing in the morning and Steve said he could be out within 1-2 hours. He arrived within the hour and determined I needed a new opener. This wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, but my opener was old and the price of a new one was reasonable and it came with new gadgets. He had to pick up the opener, so he left and told me he’d be back by 11am to install the new opener. By noon that day, the garage door was fixed, and both cars were parked in the garage!!! "I contacted 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance & Repair because I had several small works of repairs and installation to do very quickly, following the move-out of our tenants. Michael has returned my call promptly, and he was able to squeeze into his schedule quickly to help me. The next day he was at the house to do the work. Also, I needed someone to clean the house throughout very quickly. I asked Michael if he could recommend someone. Michael has contacted a lady with whom he often works and does an excellent job; she changed her work schedule to accommodate because Michael asked her. She arrived at the same time that Michael with all its equipment and its products, ready to do the work! That was awesome! Thank you Michael for your initiative and being pro-active. Michael has installed blinds, re-screen patio screen door, repaired garage entry door, installed dead bolt on garage door, clean out drain and install aerator on all faucets, removed microwave and haul. He did the work in an extremely efficient manner. Michael went pick-up the over the range microwave and the dishwasher at the store and installed them and haul off the dishwasher. Excellent work and cleanup perfect. I asked Michael to provide me with invoices and he has sent them the next day. Being myself a certified General Contractor in industrial, commercial and residential since 26 years, in Québec, Canada, I can assess very quickly the skills of a subcontractor. I asked Michael an estimate to install a Bathroom Vanity Top of 104 inches with 2 bowls, and I received the estimate the next day. He will install when the order will be ship at store. Michael is personable, knowledgeable in many trades, very professional, efficient and concerned about details, work clean and it cleans up once the work is completed.
