When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. During installation of my new AC system the technicians were curtious, respectful, and always explained what they were doing. After installation we were given instructions for operating the system and I was appreciative of that. After a few months a part of the system failed.
