"A1 Windows & Doors originally installed all of the windows in my house as well as the front and back door. The back door has really cool hardware that makes it extra secure. On this rare occasion almost 3 years after the installation, the hardware got stuck and I was not able to open or close my back door. But A1 came out and repaired the door at no charge to me. They were courteous and professional. It's always great to get a great product that you're happy with. It's even better to know that, if anything goes wrong, the company stands behind it's products and workmanship!"

They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. The three gentlemen they sent were polite and accommodating but far more important they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done neatly and very professionally. Their window are beautiful, easy to use and guaranteed for life. I do not need to do any paint touch up outside or inside. All debris from the work was completely removed. Their supervisor also contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. An excellent excellent company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.
