I let her know that we could wait for a scheduled opening or if one popped up earlier. The outside fuse/breaker is located inside the eletrical panel and Trent (arrived as scheduled and very knowledgeable) showed me how to access the panel for next time without breaking the electric company seal. Fortunately for us that is just what happened as we have unexpected power outages and this time it was only the breaker in the panel and not a capacitor as I was thinking. Thank you Jody and Trent."
