Chris explained everything he saw taking pictures of all items described in the home inspection report. "They always do a really good job. They have the service contract that I pay a flat fee for about $90 for once a year service. I see them at least once a year. The people in the office are always personable and the people that come out are very knowledgeable. I don't have any problems. I can get it cheaper but I don't think I will get the kind of service that they offer. Every time I talk to someone in the office or if they come out, they are always very courteous and always very willing to talk to me. We replaced a unit last year. We had trouble with it earlier in the year and we have a baby in the home. Every time I had a problem, they were out within an hour or a couple of hours. They were very fast to come out here and fix the problem. When they say they are going to be there in an hour, they are there in an hour. I haven't had any problems."
