"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Evan responded to our inquiry very rapidly and started out with a base mold test to get a normal reading outside and inside and than at the specific spots we had seen mold at or that were wet from prior leaks. The basement tested high for molds that some mold that may aggravate the human body senses and respiratory system. We discussed a plan of action including getting our insurance company involved. Evan even presented himself personally at the time of our insurance adjusters appearance to assess the area in concern. Dri Right is very knowledgeable and straightforward on what has to be done and how to remediate the area in question. Evan did not waste anytime in getting started and working with us within the timeline of finding which items we could keep. One word of caution, in your insurance policy, make sure you have content damage recovery in the mold coverage clause. If you do not they will cover cost of remediation but not the contents and therefore you will have to work on your taxes to see if you can claim a substantial loss of contents. Dri Right Restoration was very concerned and forthright in their dealing and easy to communicate with and take your personal feeling into consideration as well as hard calls one has to make with mold remediation. The people he had working for him as well were considerate and cordial making those hard decisions easier. We highly recommend Dri Right Restoration. Evan was always upfront, quick, direct and decisive. He has a great knowledge of the business and isn't afraid to help you with his knowledge and learnings."

"We were concerned about possible mold in our new home, so we contacted Shirish through our realtor during the inspection process. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and highly professional. Shirish has a PhD in chemical engineering, so he clearly knows his trade. After inspecting the area in question and submitting samples for lab testing, Shirish informed us that we had "garden variety" mildew rather than any dangerous molds. He recommended a safe and inexpensive remediation technique and performed the service himself. I would recommend him without reservation."

"During the mold removal process I was told all scrap wood and debris would be removed before the crawl space moisture barrier plastic would be laid. This did not occur, Due to black plastic sheeting not being available translucent plastic was substituted. This does provide a moisture barrier while making evident the wood and debris that was not removed prior to laying the plastic sheet. Also, the translucent material allows for organic growth around the crawl space air vents. Lastly, the air ductwork was to be fogged to kill mold within. This has not yet been completed. I've attempted to phone and text my ECT contact without success. Their operation does travel through several regions. Hopefully, they will return to correct the debris concern and fog the ductwork. Good news is the mold on the floor joist underlayment has been eradicated."

"Big job , went very well. The work was top quality and done in a professional, timely manner. Pricing was very fair. I will hire them again in the future."
