"My wife and I were interested in getting new garage doors (wood-look metal) and contacted Mastercraft a company that we had used before. Nigel came to our home and brought brochures showing samples of various garage doors. He took measurements of the garage bays, fully explained the pros and cons of various door types, construction, etc. and recommended that we go to a local manufacturer to view samples. Ultimately, after reviewing some samples and deciding which door type we wanted we contacted Nigel and he provided us with a written estimate and an approximate date that the installation could occur. We accepted the estimate for the doors and added a new garage door opener as well. A couple of weeks later, the new garage doors and new opener were delivered and installed exactly as promised. Nigel did the installation along with Jordan. The work was completed in about 6 hours and our garage and driveway area were cleaned of any work debris, boxes, etc. Nigel carefully explained the operation of our new doors, opener, remote control etc. We tested the doors several times and they were installed flawlessly. Their work was truly and example of skill and professionalism at its finest. Mastercraft is obviously a well-run and highly rated full service garage door company. We recommend this company without reservation and will use them again in the future."

"These guys were awesome. Showed up as promised, on time, and completed the work in just under an hour. The door glides like it never has before. I'll use and recommend them in the future."

"Hunter and his team did a great job replacing all our interior doors, and reframing some doorways. There was a slight manufacturer delay with delivery of the doors, but Hunter kept us up to date on a regular basis, and installed as promised. I plan to hire them again when we replace our front entry door."

"He replaced the rollers and the door works great. He did a good job and worked efficiently."

"It went well, but it was difficult getting the Owner or his office staff person to confirm the date and time of the repairs."

"Wow, are we happy. We were positive we were going to need a new garage door. But Steve replaced a few parts, reset some things, and made a few adjustments. He had everything with him, he was fast, the work looks great and it was about 10% of the cost we thought we would end up with if we needed a new door. Never once did he try to sell us on something we didn't need. If he had said we had to have a new garage door, we would have gone down that road. We are so happy!"

"

I called them this morning and spoke to the owner, John. He said they were running a special on replacing garage door springs. I had checked other places and his price was the best. His technician, Michael, came promptly, within the two hour window. Michael was very nice and explained everything as he was repairing the door.

While I was in the garage with him, my two year old granddaughter, locked the dead bolt to the door and I could not get back in the house. We banged, pleaded and yelled, but we could not hear her. I was worried something had happened to her! Michael volunteered to drill the lock out at no cost. He did so and we got back in right away and found her scared, but safe. He even swept up the metal pieces from the drilling!

I am very grateful to Michael and to his company for wonderful service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Michael, and Advantage very much!
