"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape. "Moving is the worst for many reasons, but their service made a challenging experience much more manageable throughout the process. One year ago, we bought all new costly furniture, and we were concerned about the move. Century Moving Services were highly responsive and had a team of qualified personal handling our things with extraordinary care. The move itself was nothing but flawless, with a large clean truck alongside an eight person crew that came bright and early filled with energy and motivation everyone wearing a mask and keeping social distancing. Luciano, their supervisor, was very, very knowledgeable. He arrived first in the house, and we went over everything with him once, and he got it. We are in a temporary location as we are building a home, and we will move again in a few months. I am not looking forward to the move but knowing that I will be using Century Moving Services again defiantly makes me sleep better at night. We highly recommend them."
