"Horrible Service, thru and thru. Electrical Services thru Frye (they just merged) .... They kept and I mean kept sending kids out to perform services. Two kids (both under 23) are arguing about how the light switch and electrical outlet should be fixed and they both were wrong. Another tech had to come back out to fix their mess ups. A waste of time and they did not wear their shoe booties properly. Walked outside in the rain with them on an came right back in my house with their wet rainy shoes and made mud marks all in the house, right after my house cleaner left and HOPE never cleaned up after themselves. Not only the rain and mud weren't wiped up but the dust and debris from the job wasn't cleaned up either. Extremely upset. Then I was told about 2 issues in my control panel box that needed to be replaced, even though they just did those services last year, and they wanted to charge to fix what they did wrong less than a year ago. Before/After pics were never provided. "

"Rapid Response Plumbing is exactly that and more. I had a issue over the weekend and called frist thing Monday morning. To my surprise someone was at my door by 9:00 a.m. and the problem was completely fixed by 3:00 p.m. the same day. Being a single mother of 3 there is always a fear of being taken advantage of, I absolutely never felt that way with Rapid Response. The team laid out exactly what needed to be done and why. They did not just tell me they backed up thier word with pictures. I was in the loop the entire time and always felt confident in thier work and professionalism. I would without hesitation recommend Rapid Response to anyone looking for a plumber. I hope I never have the need to call one again but it I know who I can count on. "

The very next morning, he was able to come to our house, check out our water heater and go over everything that it was going to take to replace the old unit. We found that this company, Water Heaters Express, was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the experience that we wanted when it came to replacing our older unit. "? Not Recommended! ????? Avoid this company at all costs. I filed a simple claim July 9 2025 and was promised reimbursement for months. After countless emails, calls, and two so-called ?escalations to upper management,? An attorney consultation, complaints to BBB and State Attorney General. The representatives keep repeating the same empty apologies with no real action. At times rude. Bounced reimbursement check. It was until all these efforts that i finally received direct deposit reimbursement at the end of Sept. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not honor its agreements. I will not be recommending to anyone. "
