"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight!
