"First time they were here. Two young boys showed up. Walked around the house for a little. Claimed they would come back with a video camera to inspect the pipes. That was 3 months ago. THEN they did do a snake in the garage. But, Left all the mess. They didnt not even bother sweeping or wiping anything. The didnt lay anything on the washer for their equipment. So the washer and dryer are scratched up pretty bad. Then when I called to get it rescheduled and handled properly they sent me elsewhere. As a business owner im used to provided a certain level of customer service. Even if the customer is tough or the job is hard I use those times as a chance to show people what i can do. Under promise and over deliver! EDITED Now the young lady who does the texting seems upset and taking what is a professional review, where i have not written anything to Attack personallyâ ¦.now im receiving personal Comments texted to me. With the way things have been going im Not surprised. Its unfortunate to say that Seems theres a genuine coaching opportunity here for joels plumbing."

"I recently had a very disappointing experience with Restore Tactics. After a pipe burst in my home, the owner, James Duran, came to assess the situation. He immediately set up around eight air blowers and dehumidifiers and assured me he would guide me through the process of submitting a claim to my insurance company. However, the nightmare began when James assigned a supervisor, Robert Medina, to oversee my case. Since February 1, 2025, I have been left without a kitchen, and the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid for services that were never delivered, my attempts to reach James have been met with complete silence. Robert claims that my case is out of his hands, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless. In hindsight, I wish I had done my research before choosing this company. I?ve since discovered that Restore Tactics has multiple lawsuits against them, including one involving a church. This raises serious concerns about their business practices "
