Action was the only one to contact me of all the suggested companies. That made me even more suspicious! They were able to fit me in for the next day. Hmm, more hesitation. But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. When one finds a company one can trust, well, stick with them and get what needs to be done, done. I am so happy to have done something so out of my nature, like trusting HomeAdvisor. "Jeff came to my office to service the heating unit. Years past prior techs came and left in 15 mins. Jeff showed me the old filter and new filter in place. The unit is above a suspended ceiling and took an effort to access. Honestly don't think any prior tech even opened the unit. He did a great job. Hired him for job at my house and my in laws place. He is my go to guy for all HVAC."

"Our gas-fired boiler was acting up the day before Labor Day. Rowell&Services sent a technician the following Tuesday. He worked for several hours, but could not get it going properly. He explained what he was doing. We decided to have Rowell&Services install a new boiler instead of trying to repair the old one. Rowell Services technicians installed the new boiler the following Monday. One week for a non-trivial job! The technicians texted 30 minutes before arriving. Spot on. They were extremely courteous.
