"I called The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning at 8:00 am the next morning. Since I was in their service area, they were immediately able to dispatch one of their technicians, Miguel. He arrived within the hour, probably would have arrived sooner except local morning traffic held him up. Miguel quickly determined it was just the capacitor that went out. He checked to make sure it was still under warranty so I could get the cheapest repair quote. It was and repair price was fair. He had it fixed in 20 minutes. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
