I will also say that I tend to have very high expectations. While I like to give out compliments when they are deserved, I find very few opportunities to do so when hiring different folks for my home improvement needs. Donny is their manager, and is perhaps the most accessible person I have ever hired for a project. He responds to my emails immediately, even if it’s late at night or on the weekends. He does not work off of commission, and it shows! He’s a very honest person, and clearly enjoys his job. He goes WAY above and beyond in helping his clients. The installation crew was also fantastic. They were respectful, organized, and had exceptional attention to detail. It’s a very professional looking installation, and a major upgrade for us. I would recommend Tyler LLC without hesitation to anyone. They have a customer in me for life."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
