I had a difficult time trying to find the right company that was familiar with my water heater model, I was reassured that Washington Water Heaters had several technicians that knew my water heater model. I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them.
