He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. Ordinarily, one muscular plumber might have been sufficient, but because of the tight fit of the old appliance in the closet and the awkwardness of this position, I didn't think he could remove the tank and replace it with the new one without the likelihood of injury, so I suggested that he get some help. Shortly thereafter, an assistant came out to help, which added to the labor fee but did ensure that no one or nothing was injured. Good job.

Got there on time, determined my power cord had a short in it. Replaced it and checked out the unit to make sure everything else was functioning correctly. Very professional and friendly!"
