"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. During the entire process, Matt was extremely courteous and thoughtful, explaining what the process of drying entailed as well as explaining how I needed to document everything for insurance purposes. I was clearly stressed out during this time but with Drimaxx, I honestly felt like I had a friend looking out for me through the whole ordeal.
