"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

They were able to send out someone the next day I'd be available to be at home. The technician, Barry, was on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from any part of my A/C unit, but was from another pipe in the same area. He also made some adjustments to the shoddily installed piping connected to my A/C unit and replaced a pipe that needed to be replaced. He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! "There were 2 guys from Mello plumbing in Dallas, Ga. that showed up at my house to replace the 2 bathtub drains and fix the leak under the sink in the master bath. They were friendly, fast, efficient, and very professional. I thought that the entire job would probably last about 1- 1 1/2 hours and probably cost about $200. "Kostadin Bogdanov, master plumber,  and his assistant arrived within about 2 hours after we called to report that our washing machine had overflowed due to a clogged pipe which caused a flooded storage room and carport.   They immediately assessed the situation and went under the house to inspect the pipes.   The problem was not the washing machine drain pipe but actually started further up the line at the kitchen.   They cleared the line and then made a temporary fix so we could use appliances and water until they could return the next day (by then it was fairly late on Friday).  They arrived the next day (Saturday) as promised and quickly replaced about 35 feet of pipe.  They were totally professional, polite and very knowledgeable.   We are now the proud owners of new PVC pipe instead of clogged cast iron pipes and could not be more pleased with the service provided by Kostadin and his assistant (so sorry but I did not get his name).   I also need to mention that earlier in the day on Friday a different plumbing company which is also on Angie's List came and then  left saying they could not fix our problem.   Kostadin knew immediately what had to be done and then proceeded to do it. <br />"
