"Service technician was prompt and courteous and fixes the unit in less than 30 minutes. He also explained how I could fix it in the future."

"Great. They were very fast and punctual. Fixed the problem quickly. Very fair price to replace a AC compaciator for $170 and they checked/cleaned the system as well. I would recommend anyone in the Newalla area to use this company."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Would highly recommend! Very prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I have full confidence that the repair was done correctly and they are fair with their prices. The only heat and air company I would use."

"They did help me put it in though I probably could have done it myself. The service call should have been $89. My bill was 200. So I guess I paid them over $100 to install my thermostat. It took 10 minutes."

"Serviced my heating system. Replaced a coil igniter. Very fair and honest. Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend."

"They were on time. They offer great customer service. All their techs are very professional."

"No problems since my repairs were made."

"They were available to repair my AC in a timely manner and diagnosed and repaired it same day . Very professional and very good prices for the repair. I will use them again and for other remodel/ repair needs . Thank you guys!"

"During the Memorial Day holiday my air conditioning unit inside my home was leaking. We called Advanced Home Systems on Sunday and spoke with Joey and made an appointment for Monday, Memorial Day. Joey came to the house and spent over an hour doing diagnostics and working to narrow down what the problem was. I would only recommend using Advanced Home Systems if you WANT THE BEST in the business. Joey was very well organized, clean, punctual and did a great job. When it was time to settle the bill, I about fainted, it was only $138.00. TOTAL, and this included the service call, on a holiday. Joey said he was not out to make a lot of money on everyone (like all the adds you see on tv do), he just wanted to make a little money on his customers and then have repeat customers in the future. I will definitely use this company for ALL of my AC issues if needed in the future. I have given his name and number to all my friends and neighbors. Joey treated us like we were his life long friend and I do feel we have a friend named Joey with Advanced Home Systems."
