"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"Everything went well!  They did accidentally bring the wrong equipment at first because of a paperwork mixup at the home office, but they corrected it quickly and even upgraded my outdoor heat pump unit as compensation for the mistake.  That did cause them to have to drive to the Lennox distribution center and back, setting the install completion back a couple of hours.  I guess for that I have to knock them on "quality".
But other than that, everything went smoothly.  They were professional and courteous.  They also called back the next day to check on everything and make sure that everything was satisfactory and to apologize for the mixup.
