"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. "The owner Mike was able to come into our house and diagnose a complex environment problem that was causing our heater to run continuously.  (This problem was not solved by several other HVAC contractors)  During Mike's analysis, he performed the standard maintenance routines to validate the HVAC unit was operating properly.  From there, he looked into what other conditions existed into the house that were causing the unit to not sufficiently heat the house.  After a thorough analysis, he was able to then install the home air quality devices onto our existing HVAC unit to dramatically improve our indoor air quality.  With these additional components, we have been able to control our indoor humidity and provide fresh air ventilation automatically.  All of this was set up on an internet capable control module so we can control the entire system from a smartphone.  As a result, the HVAC does not run continuously to heat the house, and now operates very efficiently.

 Mike has been incredibly responsive in the time that we have worked with him.  He has responded to calls, email, and texts very quickly.  His initial service call was on a Sunday afternoon and we have also completed a facetime conversation as part of the diagnosis.  After the initial installation, we had an issue with the equipment itself.  Mike quickly responded, worked with his supplier, and they resolved the issues through the product warranty in the matter of a day. Through the entire process, he has taken a lot of time to completely explain to me what was happening and provided detailed recommendations.  His level of customer service, responsiveness, and communication has been outstanding.

I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

"It went good.  The salesman came in, pulled out samples of carpet, and helped us pick out what we wanted.  There were no issues with the installation."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
