"Pat and Tom installed a 5 ton heating and AC unit in my garage/workshop, last summer, and now I can make saw dust 7/24 all week long. Their work was exceptional. "This statement is provided to document our experience with ?Same Day Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing? to advise others to exercise caution when considering this company. 1. In 2024, we paid $15,000 for the installation of a new HVAC system. Since installation, the system has experienced more than ten mechanical failures, requiring repeated service calls. 2. Despite the company?s advertised slogan, ?Same day or you do not pay,? service was not provided on the same day in numerous instances. Although the system was under warranty, service was often delayed. Multiple follow-up calls were required before a technician was dispatched. 3. In late summer 2025, the air-conditioning system failed again. During that service visit, the technician discovered that one of the required air filters had never been installed and was missing. This condition persisted for an extended period of time. During this period, a member of our household?our grandson?was medically vulnerable and receiving 24/7 oxyge"
