"Called Flotechs at 8:45 am and Jose and Joey showed up at 10:30 am. They figured out the issue quickly and explained everything they were doing to me as they were running tests throughout the house. As we were testing each bathroom, they noted other issues they could fix while they were here. They solved the major problem (water hammering) quickly and also handled four other minor repairs at the same time. I could not have been happier with the professionalism of the office who scheduled the service call, and the work performed by Jose and Josh. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service provided by Moe and Chase was terrific. Lisa, their office manager, was courteous, friendly and (thankfully) persistent in allowing me to schedule a convenient time for their visit. The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias. While their appearance is similar I suggested that young Mr. Iglesias most likely doesn't require a second job. Overall, the service provided by Moe, Chase and Lisa was excellent. Should we ever require help with our plumbing, AC or heating systems we will definitely contact Cross County Plumbing and Heating."

"He is honest. There's something to be said for honesty. It's a family run business, but he does everything the right way. Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"The phone was answered promptly.  The Operations Manager Coary answered all of my questions patiently and fully.  Scheduling was swift.  They gave me a roughly 3 hour window for the technicians arrival and Coary called me 1/2 hr before to let me know they were on their way.  The technicians Ray and Ray were extremely professional.  They answered my questions expertly.  They took measurements to determine whether some of my units were underpowered (which I was fairly certain was the case).  They gave a cursory check to my electrics to see if I could easily rewire for more powerful units (I could).  They took my existing units away for cleaning.  The units were cleaned and serviced quickly, and were ready to be reinstalled, but it was apparent that two of the units were underpowered (and 1 was overpowered).  Coary and I agreed for me to purchase 2 new larger units and shuffle the remaining units around for better cooling.  As I now owned 7 units currently on their premises, and only needed 5, there was a little back and forth about what to do, and price revisions, etc.  I initially disagreed with Coary's proposition, and had a very strong opinion of my own.  Coary and I negotiated a fair settlement.  He was patient, professional and accommodating at all times.  They came and reinstalled 5 a/c units, again punctually and professionally.  I also arranged to have them clean my dryer vent.  Coary also put me in touch with an excellent electrician who came and changed my wiring while the a/c's were in the shop so I could use the higher BTU units.
My initial call was placed on a Friday, by the following Monday we had the Certificate of Liability, and the technicians were in and removing the units.  They were reinstalled the following Friday, and it could have been sooner, but we needed time for the electrician to do his work.  I feel that this turnaround could not have been faster.

"We called for an estimate and were texted almost immediately. We met with Ed, the owner and were very happy with the estimate and we scheduled the replacement right away. The employees that came to do the install were clean, professional and respectful. They explained the steps of the install and completed it in a few areas. They went as far as to put down tarps to protect our floors. The install went flawlessly and we were very happy. The new system is much quieter than the old one. We would recommend them to anyone."
