"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

"Abraham Home Improvement just installed a 12 x 12 deck for us. The 3 gentlemen were very friendly with both me and my pup. They were on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up any and all material, they also moved any extra material into my shed. They were reasonably price, and I am considering using them again. "Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."
