He listened to my questions and answered them fully and simply. Very reasonable rates. A few days later, when an unrelated issue occurred, he spent quite a while with me on the phone to see if I could fix the issue without a service call. Very appreciated! "Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

"Anthony was running a bit behind but called and told us he would be here after 5 pm. He did an outstanding job communicating and figuring out a difficult diagnosis to get my system up and running. He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out. They are undoubtedly the best mechanic I have ever had and yesterday is a great example of how they operate. I took my 2004 Honda mini van to the dealer for an air bag recall and in the process asked them to look at an oil leak. When I picked the car up the dealership had a comprehensive list of numerous items for over $8,000 of repairs. (on a vehicle worth $1,000) I called Frank immediately and he had me bring the van in the next day. He confirmed most of the items on the list and advised me to park the van. "This was my first time using this company after using another company for many years. This company is absolutely awesome!
The were punctual, calling before they arrived, went right to work evaluating the system. They did things to the AC/Heat system I hadn't seen done for awhile. 
When they were done, they thoroughly explained everything they saw both in the attic and in the portion of the unit in the back yard. We decided to replace a capacitor that day and to get an estimate on duct work repair/replacement.
They cleaned up after themselves. 
The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgable.

"Dan called to ask if it was convenient for him to come today to check my system. I really, really appreciate when people call ahead because I have big dogs, and Dan always calls. He arrived about 20 minutes later and checked the salt container and the chlorine reservoir. I mentioned to him that one of the tubes had slipped of place last week but I was able to deal with it. He proceeded to completely disassemble the tubing system, did whatever magic he does, and voila, good as new. He did not charge me for the repair even after I asked him to.  This is truly a conscientious business that cares very much that you are happy with your service. I highly recommend them.
