"Raul did the most perfect, artistic repair of the stained glass window in the door of our entry way. I made the window 40 years ago, in great detail in a stained glass class that I took. It was my second window and very challenging with beautiful colored antique glass with designs of ribbons weaving through flowers. My son accidentally cracked a piece of glass many years ago. I was afraid to have someone attempt to fix it because I thought it would be impossible. Raul's work was magnificent!!! He was able to match the different glass pieces that had broken over time. I couldn't be happier, just wish I would have called him years ago. Raul has my very highest recommendation. We are super delighted with the results."

"I contacted Affordable Sliding Door Repair and explained my situation.  I was given two options - I could either make an appointment to have someone come out to analyze the problem, or I could send pictures of the broken handle and eliminate the need for me to take time off work.  I sent pictures and received a response within minutes.  ASDR called to confirm that they had the handle in their inventory, and make an appointment to come out and do the repair.  The cost was only a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to pay to get the work done.  The customer service was spectacular - I felt like I was dealing with a member of my family and not an unknown contractor.

"The job was done nicely. However, after setting up the install several weeks in advance because of logistics, they cancelled due to out of town something. The next time install was scheduled, they were running so late because of either traffic or accident or ? we agreed another day. Job performed nicely, however I have asked three separate times to get a copy of invoice. This was done at a rental unit and my tenant gave them the check. I had the check waiting for him, he cashed that day, but cannot seem to give me a copy of invoice. Very poor business practice. I did my part of the job. I would not hire him again because of this. I want my invoice."

"By far the most reasonable quote we got. Antonio was very professional and answered a lot of my questions. We had a complicated window replacement that involved indoor and outdoor crews working 20 feet up. They arrived in the time frame and the crew was great and the window looks brand new. They cleaned up after the installation and honestly, we could not even tell they had been there. We have had different repair places for the house or appliances over the years and I can say this was the best, most professional and respectful companies we have worked with."

"I took a cold call from Chris in Fall 2018 and am so glad I did! I had been looking for replacement windows for original 1930s wood windows, as well as a few 1970s aluminum windows. For me, vinyl just wasn't going to work as I wanted to keep the quality of the house in its original form, as well as upgrade the 70s remodel to be more consistent the original part of the house. Chris came and suggested a new product for him, Sierra Pacific. I did some research and determined, for my project and for the cost (I had bids as high as $100K for this job) that I was willing to give this product and Chris a shot. It was a very large job, 27 windows, some on the second story, plus a large 8ft glass slider, and a standard exterior door. The project did take several weeks, but Chris throughout all of the questions and decisions was helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed to please. Installation was smooth and he takes pride in making sure things are done right, are working properly, and that I was happy with the product and the work. Chris is wonderful to work with – we have had the windows in now for about 6 months and are extremely happy with the product. The quality is superior to your standard vinyl install, we sound proofed one side of the house due to neighbor noise (it works like a charm), and it is wonderful to have a fully functioning house of beautiful windows - that are consistent from original house to addition.
