They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"Over all it is okay, but there is some missing piece's here. My thermostat does not work, but everything else is pretty much okay. 

Installed new cooling unit, and updated/corrected whatever problems with the duct work. But the thermostat needs to be in a different location. They filed an inspection so we are waiting for that. They corrected a couple problems with the duct work. 

It would be between a C and a B but there is that serous problem with the thermostat. Overall the material was good. There were about 3 or 4 people. It took a good part of the day. They left it clean. 

I think its all going to get resolved.
