"They called an hour before they arrived to confirm and let us know when they expected to arrive, as they were coming from ~80+ miles away. He was very pleasant on the phone. They arrived on time, and were even MORE pleasant (I didn't think that was possible) when they got here. They told us every step of the process and let us know that it would be loud. They were a 2 man team and were obviously very experienced. They were efficient and as polite as if they were addressing the president of the US. Seriously. Very nice men, very considerate, please, thank you, the whole thing. They went above and beyond- they fixed an issue we didn't even know about with the filter holder, and even replaced our filter for us. This is kind of a big deal since we just had our water heater replaced, and they installers did a very odd routing of the copper drainage such that unless you have two people being very creative and using some muscle, you can't get the giant filter in place which is behind the new tubing. I think they normally don't replace the filters for you, but we had the one for replacement and they did it without us having to ask- even though I know it had to be a pain. I think what probably cinched it was that our 2 dachshunds treated them as if they were part of the family as soon as they saw them (they are normally suspicious of service people). I guess dogs know nice people when they see them too.
The result of the service was that our house no longer smells musty and dusty, and the air handler is not struggling to maintain a nice temperature- even though it is 90F outside today. It was much quicker than I thought it would be, taking only 2 hours for a split level, 5 bedroom, 3 bath house.

"The whole process went very smoothly.  I had purchased two of the deals online to have the ceiling fans put in.   I called, left a message & they got back to me the same day.    We were able to schedule a time when I was on vacation, so that was perfect.  I believe it was Bob who came to our home.  He was young, but very kind & professional.  Came in, got right to work, did not even mind the one overly curious cat that we have.  Needed to replace one of the boxes in addition to stabilize the fan, but he gave us a heads up prior that there might be an issue with that due to the age of the one fan he was replacing.  He worked fast & we were impressed with the results.   Would for sure use again & would recommend to friends & family.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Came in, gave an estimate, and saw we needed more work than the Big Deal covered.  Credited me for it, and added the remaining Labor and materials on.  He broke down his quote into sections, so I wouldn't have to do them all at once. 
Finally, he recommeded getting a Home Energy Assessment from Dominion East Ohio before and after he did the work, and I just got a Rebate check from them for $400.00! 
Took the time to explain everything to me, the impact and benefit of everything, and helped me make an educated decision on what to do right away.  I wasn't there during the installation, but my wife said they were very professional.
I definitely plan to use them again, to do the rest of the work.

"I called them at 4 o'clock on a Friday night and they showed up by 4:30 which is pretty much like I called and they hoped in the truck and came over. Then the service tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the furnace. I will absolutely be using Gilbert's when we decide to replace this furnace in the future.

"Noel and his workers struck me as ?all business.? At the estimate, he spent less time looking around the house or being friendly with me than other contractors, just was getting the job done. Perhaps because of this, his estimate came in hundreds lower than two others I had gotten. He also seemed to have a ton of experience, for example he was the only contractor who knew that my house would almost certainly have completely solid headers above the windows (and thus not need anything blown in there), which turned out to be true. We had to wait a little longer than Noel initially said to get the work scheduled & done, but they were always prompt to return phone calls. When the date arrived, the workers were on time, professional, and the whole job was finished in a day. They left a few little things to clean up, and there were a couple little mistakes ? for example they used white silicone sealer instead of clear on one board, which looks a little funny ? but the overall quality looked like solid, expert work, just quickly done."
