"He arrived on time, covered the carpeting and the appliances in the area where he was working.  Got right to work cutting out the old, discolored ceiling.  We can't tell where the ceiling was missing at all after dealing with the hole for months.
The ceiling was painted two days later (he wasn't well the next day) making sure everything was dry.
It looks great and I plan to enlist his services again for other jobs, hopefully in the spring.
