"Over the years, I have had some harrowing experiences when I have faced computer malfunctions. Just the thought of another telephonic tech support marathon made me cringe. Until now. This was the most pleasant computer repair encounter ever. As I sat comfortably in my recliner, Jim worked his magic on my computer and taught me a few things while he was doing it. Not only does my middle-aged computer run like a teenager again, I can surf with confidence knowing that he is just a phone call away. "Mr. Nash is a family owned business that operates according to principles that are reflective of that. I used Mr. Nash a couple of times 2 or 3 years ago to keep my old oil furnace running and was completely satisfied. When I decided to install a new gas furnace and central air, they were the first company I called. My intention was to get at least two estimates, but the one I got from Rich, one of their employees, was so thorough and so fair that I didn't call anyone else. Rich is not only a great guy, he is completely trustworthy - we gave him a key to our house and the code to our alarm system, and he did the work while we were out of town. He took out the old furnace, installed the new one, installed the air conditioning unit, put in some new duct work, cleaned everything up and hauled out the old furnace, and did an excellent job on everything. He guarantees every aspect of his work, which was outstanding, and he came back a couple of times to make adjustments to the air conditioning, etc. Everyone at Mr. Nash is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phyllis, who runs the office, is great. Andy, the son of the owner, has all of the expertise one could ask for, and he came out with Rich to make certain that all the setting on both units were exactly right. Their customer service as well as their integrity cannot be over-stated."

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

"My husband and I bought our house in June 2012. The central AC unit has been working fine, but we don't know much about it (first-time home owners) and we've never had it serviced. Portland is in the midst of unusually long-lasting hot weather so I thought it would be a good idea to have it looked it. Our AC unit would also blow normal air after being on for about 6 hours so we wanted to make sure we weren't doing something wrong.
I looked at the deals listed, and called around to many places to see how quickly they could come out. All other places were booked out a few weeks (understandable for summer, especially in the midst of this unusual weather). SunGlow was able to come within a few days. I did call them the next day after I purchased the deal as I did not want to wait for them to call me.
The technician arrived on-time which was great. He was very polite. He asked what the problem was and my husband explained to him that we are first-time home owners, we've been using the unit but don't know much about it, and that it occasionally blows non-cold air. He was nervous telling the technician that as the tech could have taken advantage of us and tried to sell us something we didn't need, as we wouldn't have known better. That was not the case, however. The technician kindly took a look at our unit and explained many things to my husband that we didn't know. Things about proper usage and how to clean the air filter. The filter was filthy and he told us how often to clean it/change it and showed us where it was. He also let us know that our unit would blow normal air sometimes because the coil that controls the temperature is pretty dirty. My husband asked if we needed a new one, and the tech said no, not for a long time. He told us that we could clean it, but to also put our unit on auto after about 3 hours of running, let it run on auto for an hour, then switch it back to on, and that would let the coil kind of reset it's temperature. That was very helpful to know.
He was at our house less than an hour but was very helpful. We did what he said yesterday, and I do notice a difference in the temperature already.
We will use this company again in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

"He did a very good job. Be prepared for all of the extra's they will ask for beyond the initial deal. I will say we have a lot more airflow going through our heater now and the dryer really needed it. We had two cancellations before they came on the last time.

"They did an okay job. My house has shakes and it was pretty apparent that some of them had been removed and puttied over. There were a few places that I asked them to replace the shakes rather than put the old one back on. They broke one of my solar lights so they replaced that for me. They were easy to work with, they worked quickly, and they did a good job. I have no basis of comparison for the price or quality of their work because this is the first time I?ve had this work done."

"There were some oil hoses that were leaking and it had to be replaced. There was some digging involved to replace them. They were fast in solving the problem, and there was no charge for it. They don't do just oil change or brake work; they?ve got more expertise than that. They are awfully quick and their prices are reasonable. They answer calls and return phone messages. They have been comfortable in with working with our car and in fixing all the issues."
