When the job was started the underground propane tank was delivered the next day the propane was delivered and 90 minutes later the office called and wanted us to put the delivery on our credit card, however we still have no generator on site. We were assured when we signed the contract any damage to our irrigation system or lawn would be repaired. They had the electrician try and fix it, meanwhile our water bill went from 75.00 to 165.00. Our lawn is still a mess we were told"it will grow back" which I feel is not acceptable. It took 4 months to complete the job which I again feel is unacceptable. The electrical work was done well, however the customer service was horrific. The young men who worked the job were very nice and professional, but the management is less than desirable and only want your money."
