"When I called, because we were looking into a new furnace and air conditioner, Cardinal sent Rick out to check things out in our basement and outside. My husband wasn't here the first trip out so Rick came back to explain what our options were to both my husband and myself. He explained what qualified for tax credits and rebates and then any add ons for heating and cooling. He explained what a heat pump was and how it worked. Then he shared his experience with the product. It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. They definitely did. Two days later their installation crew arrived bright and early and were done by early afternoon. "Our 1983 furnace went out unexpectedly. Clark Heating quickly responded, educated and thoughtfully guided us on our choices, and put in the new equipment the day after we made the choices. They went above and beyond what was expected in repairing, replacing, and retrofitting in our somewhat complicated 1941 house and returned in a timely fashion to tweak the system. And when they saw I wanted to scrub the floor under the old furnace before the new one was installed, they even took it upon themselves to thoroughly scrub the area outside where the new air conditioner was installed without me asking. Truly a pleasure to work with!"

I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

I didn't feel pressured to "overpay" gross dollars.
Did a temporary fix on the old unit until the new unit could be installed.  Gap was about 1-1/2 weeks.
Were on time, put protective mat on rug to prevent tracking mud & leaves onto carpet.
Worked non-stop, efficiently installing new furnace.
Had to fabricate new ducting for new furnace.
Left the area clean.

"Alan is handy on everything we have asked him to do, as I am not handy. Personal, easy to get along with, answers all questions. From fixing ceiling fan, patch a roof, backboards for my horseshoe court. When ants destroyed would on window sills, Al took out bad wood and cut new boards and fitted. Also bathroom shower and fittings needed replaced, Al saw the problem and got the correct fittings and replaced. Al has been so helpful these 6 years we have known him. I can call text him and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I would refer Al to anyone doing anything they have. Al is the best"
