And when they saw I wanted to scrub the floor under the old furnace before the new one was installed, they even took it upon themselves to thoroughly scrub the area outside where the new air conditioner was installed without me asking. "Alan is handy on everything we have asked him to do, as I am not handy. Personal, easy to get along with, answers all questions. From fixing ceiling fan, patch a roof, backboards for my horseshoe court. When ants destroyed would on window sills, Al took out bad wood and cut new boards and fitted. Also bathroom shower and fittings needed replaced, Al saw the problem and got the correct fittings and replaced. Al has been so helpful these 6 years we have known him. I can call text him and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I would refer Al to anyone doing anything they have. Al is the best"
