From the very first phone call to request service with Diane Davis, the customer service was top notch! Ralph White, sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times and based on our yard, needs, and preferences, came up with a beautiful plan for a deck around our above ground pool and also a deck on the back of our home. He was honest about pricing and explained the entire process before it was done. Joe Davis, owner, was very pleasant and professional through the entire process. He went out of his way to research and discuss with his team the best options for us, and was on site whenever needed.. Chris, co owner, was very professional and pleasant. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!"

"I called Jimmy to get a quote and he came out the next day. He was able to quickly determine what needed to be done and offered a very reasonable quote. He started work the following day as agreed and finished on schedule. He did an excellent job and there were no surprise costs. Professional from start to finish. "After a consultation with Kenny on the work I needed done, I hired VA Brick Doctor. Kenny repointed steps on the front and back porch, and repaired couple areas on porch where tiles were cracked and loose. Due to rainy weather I had to wait a few weeks before he could start but the wait was worth it. Kenny and his assistant arrived early and worked in hot, humid conditions. Kenny is easy to work with, meticulous, and knows his trade. I was very pleased with his work. It has been a year since the work was done and everything looks great."

Came to the job and then said they couldn't paint the ceiling (after I ran out and bought more paint). 4 hours into the project they said they would have all of the white trim painted by the time they left. Only completed 3/4ths of the white trim."

The kitchen tile is okay however, after paying an extra $100 to have a wood trim install in my foyer entrance, I have been living with a defective product since late March. The trim is being held by a bucket full of book to prevent us to trip and hurt ourself. Contacted the company more than once , was promise the problem would be fix however, I am still waiting."
