"David was earlier than the scheduled time. He was very meticulous and thorough with his service of our system. After being advised from another company that our AC needed a full replacement because of a faulty compressor. We decided to get a second opinion. After all the compressor was not faulty. The outside unit was filthy and the system was low on refrigerant. After the total cleaning of the outside unit and addition of some refrigerant the system runs like it had never missed a beat. Now I understand that it is just a matter of time for a 17 year old Trane system but there are still many hours on this system still. "Had Ryan come out and give a very detailed quote. With his professionalism, I figured we had selected a really great company to install our AC system. The initial install crew showed on August 5th, 2020. I will not write the details, but the last visit to complete the install was November 19th, 2020. I think the start to finish time period says a lot. I will say this, once I spoke with Mr. Bolton, things began to happen. The initial install crew may have been having a bad day or were in over their heads. If a crew needs more time and to possibly return the next day, I would bet the customer would be alright with it. "We met Tim the owner at the Homeowner show at the Convention Center. Surprised at how personable he was. Cynthia, who handles customer service was very amiable and eager to help. Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I have had a geothermal water to air heat pump in my house for over 30 years. I have tried other HVAC organizations but I’ve had nothing but disappointment until I met Absolute Comfort. "Dana and his team did a great job preparing our house for move in. The team thoroughly cleaned the dryer duct line that had not been properly cleaned for several years; they cleaned out a high fire risk. They also installed two high quality vent guards to prevent birds and other critters from accessing the dryer duct and first floor bathroom exhaust duct. The team also cleaned the HVAC ducts on our house. They identified some mold in a few of the lines and replaced one of the worst lines. They also pointed out a couple of issues with the HVAC transitions that had tears in the flex line that exposed insulation and some mold on the interior insulation in a metal transition duct for the upstairs HVAC system; both were recommended for replacement or repair by a certified HVAC mechanic. Upon completion, they back-fogged each duct, replaced all vents (28 in total), filled gaps between the metal vent and ceilings on the second floor (should have been done when the house was constructed in 2003), and sanitized both HVAC zones. The mold, issues with the transitions and gaps between the metal vent openings and ceiling holes were not note by the home inspector prior to closing, and were not disclosed by the previous homeowner. Total cost for all the work was around $3300. While the price might seem high, the quality and thoroughness of the work completed, the professionalism and efficiency of the crew, and the large volume of work (cleaned 28 vent lines plus the the main trunk for each of two zones) was very reasonable for the time required and the labor quality. In our prior home, I used another local company who advertises through ValuePak to clean the ducts. Following their service I had issues with collapsed HVAC duct lines afterward that caused icing on the AC unit. Initially, the other company was significantly cheaper, but their work was shoddy, their technician was not as careful and diligent, and ended up costing about the same on a smaller house due to the problems caused by the cleaning. I highly recommend Dana and Airight. I will definitely be calling on them again for dryer vent line and duct cleaning in the future."

He did exactly as advertised. A complete kitchen appliance check up. He pulled my dryer away from the wall and now it has proper air flow so it dries in one cycle not two or three, He found that my dishwasher pump was bad and gave me an estimate on cost as well as a break down of WHY it cost the way it did , the pump itself was close to 200 bucks. My fridge was about a year old so no need to take it apart but he did clean the underside and check the filter. He changed my overhead fan filter so that it doesn't rattle anymore, every thing was minor but when he was done it all added up to a huge difference in my kitchen

My home is larger than the Angie's List "deal" offer price (cost shown below), so the additional duct cleaning required cost substantially more than the "deal" price. And, in the end, I need significant air duct replacement work done, but the Air Duct Care folks did a great job and their inspection was particularly thorough."
