"Rob’s team installed a new composite deck for us in the spring of 2021 and we were very happy with those results. In the fall of 2022, a huge oak tree fell across our patio and the deck - fortunately, the deck structure survived with no issues but one of the composite boards was cracked and most of the vinyl railing was damaged. Rob responded quickly and had the damaged board and railing replaced, as well as the replacement of a section of our aluminum fencing, within 2 weeks of my first contact with him and for a fair price. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!"

"After a consultation with Kenny on the work I needed done, I hired VA Brick Doctor. Kenny repointed steps on the front and back porch, and repaired couple areas on porch where tiles were cracked and loose. Due to rainy weather I had to wait a few weeks before he could start but the wait was worth it. Kenny and his assistant arrived early and worked in hot, humid conditions. "I used Belletto before to pour a concert slab to park off street at my house.  That experience was great.  
I called Dan about building a shed and he came out in a day or two to discuss plans and specifications.  In June 2015 I provided and earnest check for 1/2 of the project cost.  I was told at that time that the shed would be completed by the end of July 2015.  By the end of August, only the concrete pad had been poured.  Work on the main shed did not start until October.  Weather, broken trucks, etc were all used as reasons for delays.  This is contractor speak for "the dog ate my homework".  I believe if the contractor can't do the work or can't do it in the time specified then that should be stated up front.  The "dog ate my homework" gets very old and aggravating after a few months especially when they are comfortably sitting on 4500.00 of my money.  
During the project one of the guys on the site dented a downspout right near the shed.  I brought the issue up over the phone with Dan and he said he would have it fixed.  It is now January and the dent is still there.  
Quality of the shed is great.  I couldn't be happier about that.  
Bottom line is if you expect something by the time stated by Belletto, guess again.  They want their earnest money early, way early before THEY plan on starting your project.  I was also billed in full two days prior to project completion date, due that day.  
If you want quality work, have money to give to them for a while before they start, and don't mind your calls not returned after you give them the final check, Belletto is for you.
