Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. They offer duct replacement services (which a number of similar businesses don’t because it’s not glamorous work or a big money maker). He did exactly as advertised. A complete kitchen appliance check up. He pulled my dryer away from the wall and now it has proper air flow so it dries in one cycle not two or three, He found that my dishwasher pump was bad and gave me an estimate on cost as well as a break down of WHY it cost the way it did , the pump itself was close to 200 bucks. My fridge was about a year old so no need to take it apart but he did clean the underside and check the filter. He changed my overhead fan filter so that it doesn't rattle anymore, every thing was minor but when he was done it all added up to a huge difference in my kitchen

"When we were looking for someone to install a new furnace and a/c unit that were the same brand name and newer than our 20 year old mix matched system, we looked at three different places. Smileys was one of them. The other two were big name companies who sent over their comfort specialist out to see me with the fancy binders and all talk. Mr Smiley himself came out to see me and he was the only one who noticed the return on the second story was on the floor and not helping the house in any way. Plus the other two companies could not match the price I was maxed at for anything. He provided me a Tran system and a promise it would be done in a week from our conversation because that was when I could get off work to be home with everyone. He send 3 workers to the house and they were on time and as nice as they could be. They never stopped working from 8:00AM until they were done at 4:30PM. They disposed of the old items and did a great job installing the systems. I could never be happier with it and we have noticed a huge difference since the upgrade! I would highly recommend Smiley's over any big company name. He is not about billboards, commercials, or signs in your yard.. he is about getting the job done and in hope that someone will brag about it.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"After being told by a number of workers (i.e. electrician and Verizon guy) that it felt really cold under our house, we purchased the Angie's List promotion for an air duct inspection thinking we only needed a few patches. I was able to schedule the inspection for that same week and as it turns out, we needed our entire air duct system replaced. The ducts were damaged and laying on the ground under our house. They'd also (apparently) been invaded by rodents and/or snakes. Fun! The inspector gave a quote right then and there and scheduled the job to start the next day. He said it would most likely take 4 days to complete and we'd be without air conditioning for one day while they sanitized the crawl space. The guys from ADC got started the next morning and in just two short days, we were all set! The workers were polite and professional the entire time they were at our home. They sent pictures of the work when it was fully installed. Overall, we are happy with the speed of the service and their professionalism from start to finish."
