"Started out fine...with Raymundo coming to my home and talking with me about landscape ideas. He seemed to be (I'm sure he is) a nice guy. He made a second trip to house, because he wanted to walk me through the type and number of plants. That was last week. We agreed on a price. We agreed work would start May 17. Then poof! He disappeared and I could not get a return call or text message from him for three days...and counting. I sent texts. I called and left message. As of this writing it's been 72 hours and I've nothing from him...zero."

With no delays, the work started on the agreed-upon date. Steve's brother Dave does the actual deconstruction and puts in the drainage. He has a team of three men, including himself, and they completed the job in 3 days. It may have been the hottest 3 days of the summer but they didn't complain--I couldn't believe how diligent they were. And they didn't "thrash." We've probably all had people working on our homes that made us wonder if the house was going to be standing when they were through. These guys were great--I'd definitely call them professionals. Once they finished, I had a couple items I wanted done a different way. That was no problem. They came back and finished it very much to my satisfaction. Whenever I called the company, I received a call back. I would definitely use Waterproofing, Inc. again but I think my problem is solved. I'm not worried because the company gives a lifetime warranty and I have no doubt that they will stand behind their word.

"From the initial estimate to the final job, Maxsell was responsive, fair and did great work.  The initial walk through was helpful, as we didn't exactly know what we wanted and could afford, and we talked through some options.  The work was scheduled, and the two-person crew (both really nice and hard working guys)  came out and started by clearing out the yard (in 100 degree heat), they then took care of the garden bed and then the patio.  Very efficient.  About a week after they were done I noticed that we were having a drainage problem by the garden bed.  The same two guys came out, added some stones and drilled a few holes in the retaining wall for the garden bed.  That seems to have done the job.  Again, very efficient and responsive.  I'd use them again and recommend them. "
