"I have used this company for at least three (3) years. They are on spot for diagnostics and repairs not to mention great customer service. On all request for service, an acknowledgment was immediately received or a phone call with an appointment scheduled for the same day, date and time and follow-up. My AC went on the blink and he was scheduled to be out of town but came to fix before he left that day. Very conscientious! Customer service orientated, listens to customer and does not push for additional services , unless needed. Knows the business. I definetly will use him in the future and recommend him."

They put drop clothes down everywhere they would be working, had nice equipment, and were fast working ( but not too fast ).  I will definitely go back to these guys for air duct or dryer vent cleaning services.

Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Mr. Ray's pricing estimate was higher than several other companies who provided estimates for my project. As a result, I did not hire him to do the work. However, he did provide a no-cost estimate. Not all HVAC companies do that. He also explained to me the benefits of a zoned HVAC system, and left a very nice brochure showing the benefits of that. I may be looking into getting that done in the future."
