Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It went very well. The young man who performed the service was very professional, conscientious and friendly. However, the deal felt like a hair and switch. I realize the entire duct cleaning industry operates by offering the customer a low price that they never intend to honor. I was disappointed when the offer of paying $62 for the deal, then another $62 at time of service turned into a total of $482. Since the information that came with the deal said you should get a quote before scheduling, I was prepared on day of service, but I had already paid for the deal by then. I am very happy with the service I received, but just wanted to express my surprise at the eventual cost."
