"Phenomenal experience with All Affordable Plumbing. They called instantly once I posted on Angi's List and had a team out within the hour to assess my situation. I had a gas line crack in the laundry room that ran under concrete slab, with the crack too low to easily fix. They presented all the options I had to repair or re-line the pipes, offered creative solutions in how to run and avoid needing to put holes in walls throughout the house, that no other Company had suggested. Competitive pricing as well. They were able to get a tech out within days. Ben showed up promptly at 7AM and worked through the day to finish running the new gas line to the laundry room. Great clean-up, offered to connect the dryer and washer once he finished. The work was excellent and I can't say enough about the Company and Ben. I won't be reaching out to any other company for plumbing issues again."

"It's hard being a woman and a homeowner, because service providers love to talk to you as though you aren't the owner, and they will try to overcharge you for your services or cut corners. I am pleased to say that I've finally found a plumber that I would not only use again, but recommend. He asked multiple questions so that he could give me a real price, not a price that gets him in the door that he could then upcharge. Nathan was on time, he had booties for his feet. "I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future. "

"I had a plumbing emergency that started as a blocked pipe and ended up being a sheared sewer pipe that 1) needed to be located under a set of concrete steps 2) had to be unblocked and then repaired over a period of 3 days. It was hard manual labor and very difficult work. Ray and his team, including Martin were extremely professional, spending time explaining what was happening every step of the way and going through the costs in detail. They had to dig a 6ft hole in my back yard and then had to break off parts of the concrete steps. They left my backyard in tact, took away all the junk and waste material and supported the new pipe to code. I would recommend them highly for any plumbing job. On mine they were truly put to the test and remained focused, professional and delivered excellent work."

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"Eric and Michael were outstanding. It was easy to communicate with Eric to schedule the appointment. They were punctual and knew exactly what to do to run the gas line to my fireplace.
