"Scott responded to my request for a furnace service/tune-up quote within minutes. I had to call him a few times with questions and he actually answered his phone even though he was on a job. Very easy to work with. I made an appointment and he was able to work around our schedule. Showed up on time and called about a half hour before arriving. He did a complete tune-up and since I was out of town, called me to explain what he did. My furnace is about 28 years old so he checked the heat exchanger to make sure there were no cracks or leaking exhaust. Also checked cumbustion gases and other things to make sure everything was working properly. He said everything is working fine now and pointed out that because of the age of my furnace, I may want to think about replacement in 1-2 years. No pressure to replace it right away, just an honest assessment of the situation. I will be contacting Scott when I’m ready to replace the old unit. Great service, knows his stuff, very professional, give him a call!"

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"I logged into Home Adviser around 2:00 AM Saturday morning. Alex the Tech, was already calling me around 9:30 AM. He asked me some questions about my problem and model number of my furnace. Based on the information I provided he was able to isolated my problem and find a repair part within a 1/2 hour. He called me back and told me what the charges would be. He called me once he picked up the part and let me know that he was on his way and gave me an estimate of his arrival time. He arrived and was very professional and personable. During the furnace repair he had to leave and go and get another part. He did not charge extra for the part or time. He completed his repair and thoroughly checked the furnace for proper function and discovered an additional trouble. He repaired that trouble for no additional charge. He offered me some advice on some other heating/cooling projects I am considering."

"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!)
