"They were excellent and we were very happy with them. It was negotiated with the sellers and so we didn’t pay for it but I remember going through the bidding process and they were absolutely fair. It was a real great price. We had the home re-inspected after and the inspectors had actually taken pictures of it since it looks perfect. We were really pleased. They were in and out. We actually had a problem since one of the pipes while they were re-inspecting the cellar was restricting a little bit and they came out the next day or so and got everything sorted out. So, even after the fact, they were totally responsive. They were great. The price was very fair. It wasn’t the cheapest but it also wasn’t the most expensive. We had a very tight timeline and they came in and knocked it out. They cleaned everything up. They were prompt and did everything they were supposed to."

"I assume you pay for the convenience and expediency. Jeff was prompt calling on me within one hour of my phone call to them. They were able to install my furnace giving me heat the very next day. Unfortunately the price was way over the amount recommended by Home Advisor. ( of which I did not check prior to visit) The other company I called did not return my phone call so I chose Morris Jenkins since they were available. They were on time, professional, and instructed me how to use my new thermostat and installed carbon monoxide monitors. I would recommend them as long as you have the funds even with the 4 plans presented, all were pricey."

"Our sales associate Tim Brown was experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant to work with. He was also the one who came to our house to take measurements and prepare the quote. After experiencing a confusing quote process at HomeDepot with multiple parties involved it was important for us to have a single person for contact. The crew that came out to
install the flooring apparently was subcontracted and not fully informed about the scope of the work. It took a phone call with Tim to get them to do what was originally agreed. They did a fine job with the carpet on the stairs. The vinyl flooring itself was also done well. But the new quarter rounds, which they put where the vinyl meets the baseboards, where installed without removing silicone sealant left behind from the original quarter rounds.  The appearance was by far not ?like new? as Tim had promised during his visit. After contacting Tim about this issue he sent out their own installation crew for inspection. They agreed to our complaint and came back the same day to remove the old silicone in the areas of concern and apply a fresh silicone thread. This took them less than an hour. The end result is excellent and grade A. I gave the B rating for professionalism because a company, which has been in the business for so long, should get the installation right the first time. We would use Empire Carpet&Blinds again.

He showed me the parts he replaced and why replacement was required. He answered all my questions simply and fully -- the mark of a true expert. "R&B is awesome. We met R&B Climate Control not long after purchasing a new home. We had lost Air Conditioning due to faulty wiring. We hired another company to fix our AC and they replaced a junction box for $300.00. This repair held for a couple of days. I was traveling for work when the unit went out again one evening. It was a hot summer night and my wife and kids were miserable in the heat. I found Russell the owner of R&B and he was there within the hour. He found the wiring problem was in our main circuit breaker, tightened the screw and was done for the cost of a service call. I have since referred R&B to friends saving them money. One of my neighbors was told by a competing company that they needed to replace their entire system because of a leak that did not exist. Russel fixed their unit for $75.00."
