They displayed hostility toward me as a customer, to the point where I had to involve law enforcement to have them removed from my property. There was no transparency regarding labor or parts, and they failed to provide clear answers to my questions. They refused to conduct a walkthrough at the end of the job or address concerns about their charges. Additionally, they claimed the job was completed when it was neither finished nor inspected. To make matters worse, they worked without obtaining the required permit, despite it being mandatory in Centennial before starting the work. This company showed a lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone."
