It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

Gary came over within 24 hours of notification, evaluated and identified the problem and had it corrected within a short amount of time. He also came back a week later for the same thing on the other spigot that started to give us problems also from the extreme cold weather in February.
