"I can't say enough about how great the service from All About Heat & Air gave us this weekend! I called on a Saturday morning with a problem concerning my heat pump. They gave me an appointment for the next day, Sunday, because they work 7 days a week. Within an hour they had called back to offer me an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. The technician, Cole, sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. He knew right away what the problem was and it was solved within less than 30 minutes. Even though the problem was caused by my installation of a new thermostat, Cole did not make me feel stupid or foolish. Cole even went to the trouble to be sure he had picked up all the small pieces of copper wire that had fallen to the carpet. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"Job was delayed but once it got underway, it was completed as promised. We found Handyman Xpress to be very reputable and are very pleased with the work. The ceilings are beautiful! We did experience some difficulty getting in touch with Eric at times but for us it was ok because we were not in a urgent situation. We found that he would contact us when he became available so learned to be patient and wait for him. Since we are seasonal residents, it is important to us to have a company we can rely on to provide all sorts of services. We found Handyman Xpress to be this type of company and will hire again in the future for other needs."
