"I checked with three other companies and US Water impressed me with their knowledge and punctuality. Also their ability to come down a bit on the price was a help. I was trying to remove a large amount of rust from my system as well as get a functioning water softener. The technician was on time and friendly. Once the old water softner was removed, things started to get a little more complicated as the piping back to the pressure tank was rotted, as well as the pressure tank itself. A hurried trip to the plumbing store was needed to ensure I had water for the evening. The owner and I discussed the cost of this additional repair, and we agreed to worry about it after the repair was complete. Installation was halted after the pressure tank and new lines where run because it was 8PM. They agreed to come back in the morning to finish the installation of the rest of the system. The next day they showed up on time and finished installing everything. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the whole process and how it all worked. When we went to settle the final bill, we agreed to split the cost of the new pressure tank and parts, with the labor being thrown in for free. I ended up with a new pressure tank and piping for $100 which is cheaper than I could have done it myself. Since then the system has functioned flawlessly, and there is no more rust in the water. "We recently bought a new house and the sump pump back up battery was going off and would not stop.  We found out that RT Moore installed the sump pumps in this neighborhood when it was built so we called them.  The plumber they sent was honest, kind, thorough, and saved us from having our basement flood.  Turns out both of our main pumps were not working because of a dead outlet, and our back up pump was dead because the battery had stopped working.  He got the main pumps working again, replaced the battery and got the back up pump working again.  He also replaced it with a better quality gel battery that won't require us adding distilled water all the time.  And finally, for no charge he fixed the drain plug my kids had lodged in our half bath sink which was just nice of him.  I feel like he was just a kind and honest person who explained a ton about the sump pumps so I feel a lot more comfortable now!  Battery was $460 and labor was $49

"Our kitchen remodel went more smoothly than we could have imagined.  Everything was lined up ahead of time, and there were no "down" days when we were just waiting for the next step.
Demolition of the room began on Jan. 7.  The plasterers came as soon as the room was ready for them.  The painter came as soon as the plaster was dry.  The floor was laid as soon as the paint was dry.  The cabinets were installed the day after the floor.  The appliances were delivered and installed as soon as the cabinets were installed.  The counters were made and installed in record time.
Dave Limpus and his crew did excellent work.  He, Denny, and Josh, were able to advise us of some things ahead of time, but without pressure to choose any particular items.  They accommodated all our requests for our kitchen, and we are very happy with it.  If we had it to do over again, I can't think of anything we would do differently, either in design or in particular workers.
Our kitchen was ready for us to use on Feb. 1. 
Limpus is located close to our home, which was a benefit, since I visited the showroom multiple times to check things out.

"The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"It was somewhat of an emergency to get open space left from plumbing job covered as soon as possible so no critters etc would get in the hole.  Although they were busy with other jobs they worked with me to fit it in.  They finished it within 5 days even though a weekend took out 2 days.  They were efficient & friendly & I would call them again for any type of work they offer."
