Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit. In short, Jeremy arrived on time, completed the install in under an hour and charged my as per his original quote. I highly recommend Water Heater Express of Lafayette."

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. "I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

"They did an okay job. They spent more time looking for the right tools and stuff than they did actually doing the job. They got the faucet installed properly. They have to make sure everything is working before they leave. They turned the water of and never turned it back on. I had to kind of trouble shoot that myself."

"We are on a service agreement with them. We are not the original owners of our home. We purchased the home in October of 2013. In March of that year, the previous owner installed an entirely new HVAC system, about $20,000 worth. There are 2 heat pumps and 2 furnaces. It's a hybrid system, so it will either run on electric or gas, depending on exterior temperatures. RT Moore was the installer. While we were not required to go with them on servicing, they are familiar with the system. They are the installers and it's a Carrier brand. So we are inclined to go forward with them and we are on a service agreement. We've had them since we moved here almost 3 years to the day. 



Our agreement is they do a twice a year inspection and cleaning and everything. In the fall it focuses on the heating. Then we'll have them in May. I haven't scheduled the service yet but usually within a week or so of the call, they'll be here. That one will focus on the cooling.
