"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

Throughout the process, I was assured that the company would not rest until the system pressure was inside the manufacturers specs. Grant AC added a new return duct and ultimately a new supply duct to achieve the desired results. All of this additional work was included in the original quoted price. "Project went great! I received calls and estimates from two companies found via Angie's List the same day requesting service online. I selected Ace Repair Plumbing because the service technician Ryan Cryer and his assistant were more thorough in checking out work to be done and, also, discovered in doing so that I needed a new water cutoff valve in my condo unit. While providing the estimate for my shower faucet replacement, they checked out my toilet that felt loose and found it was not anchored properly. They pulled the toilet, replaced whatever part the toilet is seated to (?), properly screwed it down, and then reset the toilet. It's solid. Yeah. We scheduled work to replace my water cutoff valve and shower faucet hardware for the first day the following week that the condo engineer could cut off water to the entire building. Ryan and assistant were on site as soon as water was scheduled off and replaced valve quickly. Water to the property was restored within an hour. Ryan was able to provide the Delta shower head and faucet assembly I wanted and complete its installation within another hour or so. He even installed an access panel through sheetrock behind shower faucet. I'm impressed with the quality of work done. Excellent company. Terrific staff."
