Based on the information I provided he was able to isolated my problem and find a repair part within a 1/2 hour. He called me back and told me what the charges would be. He called me once he picked up the part and let me know that he was on his way and gave me an estimate of his arrival time. He arrived and was very professional and personable. During the furnace repair he had to leave and go and get another part. He did not charge extra for the part or time. He completed his repair and thoroughly checked the furnace for proper function and discovered an additional trouble. He repaired that trouble for no additional charge. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago.
